  1. Check your plan
    Make sure you have plan management funding (most people do).

  2. Sign up to Plan Hero
    You can do this online or ask us to help you over the phone.

  3. Notify the NDIA 
    You (or your Support Coordinator or LAC) can notify the NDIA that you wish to endorse Plan Hero as your new Plan Manager.

    You can do this via chat on the NDIS website or call them the NDIS on 1800 800 110.

  4. We take it from there
    We contact your previous Plan Manager, transfer your details, and make sure payments continue smoothly. You don’t need to repeat your whole story — our team always works from your existing file and history.
