Welcome to the Plan Hero family!

Thank you for registering for plan management services with Plan Hero plan managers

Your supports will start once the NDIS have approved Plan Hero on the myparticipant portal (unless you are changing plan managers or changing from self or NDIA managed).

What are your next steps?

Step 1 – Endorse Plan Hero as your new Plan Manager

We will send an email confirming your next steps (please check junk/spam inbox) and our team will reach out to you via phone in the next 24 hours to finalise your set up with Plan Hero.

You will need to get in touch with the NDIS directly to let them know that Plan Hero Plan Managers will be your new plan manager, so we can begin providing plan management supports.

The quickest way to do this is to call the NDIS on 1800 800 110. It will only take a minute and you will need to identify yourself with your NDIS number, DOB and address.

If this is your first plan

You can call the NDIS on 1800 800 110 and tell the NDIS to endorse Plan Hero as your new Plan Manager.

You will need to give them these details:

Step 2 – Send us your NDIS plan

Did you know that a Plan Manager does not have access to your NDIS Plan?

Please send your current NDIS plan to support@planhero.com.au if you did not provide it during registration.

Why do we need your plan? It is very important that we are have a copy of your NDIS plan so that we can make sure we understand the types of supports you may need because of your disability. If we don’t have a copy of your plan, we may not be able to pay some invoices.
