Does Plan Management cost extra?
No.
Plan Management is funded separately within your NDIS plan.
It does not reduce the funding available for your other supports.

That’s exactly why we built simple, visual reporting. You’ll be able to see at a glance how much funding you’ve used, what’s left, and how long it will last. We’ll also give you clear explanations so you can plan ahead without stress.
Will I have one Plan Manager or a different person each time?
You’ll have a small expert team who knows your history and preferences. That way, you don’t have to repeat your story every time. If one of your Plan Managers is away, the other can step in seamlessly.
How quickly can I reach someone if I have a question?
You won’t wait on hold or get stuck in a call centre. We answer the phone, reply to emails quickly, and always call back if we miss you. ABI recovery can be unpredictable, and we know sometimes you need answers straight away.
