If you’re new to the NDIS, just tell your planner or Local Area Coordinator that you’d like your plan to be plan managed.
If you already have a plan, you can request a light plan review or change of circumstances to add plan management — there’s no cost to you.

Plan management is fully funded by the NDIS. You don’t pay anything out of pocket — the NDIS adds a separate budget line in your plan specifically for plan management fees.

We’re independent, specialist plan managers — plan management is all we do.
You’ll have one dedicated Plan Manager who gets to know you and your child, and they’ll always refer back to your file so you don’t need to repeat yourself.
We’re quick to respond, transparent with every claim, and we explain things in plain language so you always understand where your funds are going.

It’s simple — you don’t need to wait for your plan to end.
Just let your current Plan Manager know you’re changing, and we’ll guide you through the NDIS process step-by-step. With your consent, we can also liaise with your providers so there’s no disruption to payments.

You’ll have access to our easy-to-use app and online portal. You can see your budget in real-time, check invoices, track goals, and even get alerts if you’re under or overspending. Families tell us this makes the NDIS feel much simpler.

That’s where we step in. We explain things in everyday words. If you hear “support category” or “service agreement” and it sounds complicated, we’ll break it down and show you what it means for you.

We process invoices as soon as they come in — typically within a few business days, as long as everything matches your plan.
We know how important it is to keep your providers paid on time so your supports keep running smoothly.

Yes, but only with your consent — and only for admin reasons.
For example, we might contact your GP or therapy clinic to request a report or letter that’s needed for a claim, or to clarify an invoice.
We can’t coordinate your therapy or manage your appointments — that’s what a Support Coordinator or LAC does.
