How will I get access?
Once you download and install the Planability App, you can log in using your Planability username and password. If you have forgotten either of these, the App has options to select ‘Forgot Username or Password’ and you will be able to reset these.
What about Carers and Support Coordinators?
Carers and Support Coordinators can also receive access provided they have the Participant’s consent.
