A Plan Manager helps by paying SIL provider invoices, making sure they are claimed from the correct NDIS support category, and helping you understand how your SIL funding is tracking.

Once we receive a correct invoice, Plan Hero processes the claim through the NDIS and pays the provider within the agreed timeframe.

If an invoice is missing information or claimed from the wrong category, we contact the provider so it can be corrected before payment.
