Step 1: Join Plan Hero or request a callback

You can sign up quickly and easily online or over the phone by calling 1300 599 770. If you have questions, ask us to call you back.

Step 2: Welcome and Onboarding

Our Onboarding team will welcome you and let you know how things work. They will also introduce you to your new NDIS Plan Manager.

Step 3: Providers Invoices are Sent to Us

Your providers send their invoices directly to Plan Hero for payment. You do not need to chase invoices, manage payment requests, or handle the admin yourself.

Step 4: Track Your NDIS Budget

You can keep track of your NDIS funding through the Plan Hero app and portal. You’ll be able to see your spending, claims, invoices and remaining budgets in one place.
