We handle the financial admin side of your NDIS plan — paying invoices, tracking budgets, and explaining what you can claim. We don’t coordinate therapy or manage your appointments; that’s a Support Coordinator’s role. With us, you get one point of contact who knows your history, so you don’t repeat yourself. How quickly do you pay providers, and how do I track spending?
We process invoices promptly so your providers stay engaged. Our app and online portal show live budgets, category spend and simple graphs. You’ll get alerts if you’re under- or over-spending, plus monthly statements. It’s designed so you always know what’s left and how long it will last.
Will you liaise with my hospital or GP for paperwork? (Melbourne-specific)
Yes—with your consent, we can request reports, letters or prescriptions needed for claims from places like The Royal Children’s Hospital (Parkville), The Alfred (Prahran) or Monash Medical Centre (Clayton). We can also clarify invoice details with clinics or GPs so payments aren’t delayed. We don’t organise your medical care, but we make the admin smoother. This keeps supports moving without fuss.

Yes—we have NDIS Navigators who can search and suggest local providers if you’re building a team. You choose who you work with; we don’t push providers or coordinate care. We simply make it easier to compare options and understand costs. Once you decide, we set up smooth invoicing so payments are on time.
Do you support specific disabilities or complex needs?
Absolutely—we’re experienced with Acquired Brain Injuries, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Developmental Delay, Intellectual Disabilities, Multiple Sclerosis and Spinal Cord Injury.
