NDIS provider banned or fined in Australia?

Is my NDIS provider banned in Australia?

At Plan Hero, we want to help you stay safe in NDIS space.

If you are thinking about engaging with a new provider, it’s important to check if they have been banned or fined.
Why does this matter?
If you’re using a banned provider, your plan manager cannot legally pay the invoices. This situation could leave you without the supports you need.

Recently, two NDIS providers were banned:

  • Former Jumpstart childcare operator Thomas Fanous banned from NDIS from working in the disability sector. He was found to have mistreated children, including force-feeding and strapping them in high chairs.
